Today, your journey begins! You fly to Porto.
Overnight: Porto
You take your time to visit this beautiful city. Enjoy a dinner by the Douro, visit the famous Ponte Do Infante, and don't forget to do a Port tasting at one of the many riverside locations!
To finish off your Porto citytrip, you can book a boat tour on the Douro.

Today, you pick up your rental car and prepare to explore the Portuguese mountains. You drive to Parque Natural da Serra da Estrela. Here, you find the highest point of Portugal.

You spend a few days discovering this beautiful Portuguese region. Drive to the country's highest point, explore countless hiking trails, or enjoy a dip in one of the natural pools that make you feel like you're in paradise.

You leave the overwhelming nature of Serra da Estrela behind and drive to Coimbra,
Portugal's university city. This beautiful hilltop city overwhelms you with cultural heritage and delightful restaurants.

Today, you drive to one of Portugal's greatest assets: its beautiful coastline. But before you reach the ocean, you stop in the walled town of Óbidos.
Here, you can walk along the old city walls and taste the local ginjinha from a chocolate cup.

The Portuguese coast is known for its delicious fish and as a hotspot for surfing. Always wanted to have a go at surfing? Now is your chance. The entire coastline north and south of Peniche is renowned for surfing.
Additionally, in Peniche, you find a beautiful fishing peninsula to visit and you can take a boat to the beautiful Berlengas islands.

Following the coast, today you drive towards Lisbon. An important stop on the way to the Portuguese capital, is of course Sintra, often referred to as Portugal's equivalent of a fairytale city. In this fairytale area, you find numerous castles to visit. Your choice: the Moorish Castle, Pena Palace, or perhaps Quinta Da Regaleira? Moreover, in Sintra, you can enjoy a delicious local pastry and fantastic souvenir shopping.
At the end of the day, you continue to Lisbon, where you return your car, you won’t need it in Lisbon.

You spend these days visiting Lisbon. This amazing city, built on seven hills, offers enough sights to fill a whole week.
Not to be missed: a visit to Belém, where you can taste the world famous Pastéis de Belém. Other things worth a visit are the various museums and the
countless viewpoints over the city!
