No! As travel agent, I get a commission from different suppliers to be able to book your travels. This means that the prices that I get are, usually, slightly cheaper than the prices you can find online. This way I can earn some money and your holiday does not have to more expensive. Of course, this all depends on the supplier and the commission that they give. In your final price, it usually comes down to 10 - 15% of comission for me. Of course, this also means you get all the service; I will plan everything, make you an offer, make all the reservations and I am available during your trip if anything goes wrong. Furthermore, you are protected for natural disasters, strikes… This way, your travel becomes a lot less stressful. And isn’t that exactly what traveling is about?
Of course I can! I can book anything you like, but know that most low cost carriers like RyanAir don’t like to work with travel agents, so they don’t work with commissions. This means that flights with fe Ryanair will always be more expensive through me, but again: no stress in the booking process for you!
Firstly, you can contact me by phone, e-mail, instagram… Based on our first contact, we will decide on how to go further; digitally or physically. We will go through your travel dream step by step; have you decided on your destination or do you have an idea what you want to do, but no clue where? If you’re still looking for a destination, I will provide you with around three proposals based on the kind of travel you prefer. This offer has prices, but they are in a very wide range, because it is not detailled yet. Have you decided on a destination? Then you will receive an offer from me in detail. In this offer you will find a more accurate price, with a bit of a margin still, because prices change all the time. If you agree on the offer (maybe after a few adaptations), you will receive a link for a deposit and the final price and I will book everything for you. Closer to your travel dates, you will receive your final invoice, all travel documents and a detailled roadmap with all the necessary information. You can receive all these documents on paper, through e-mail or on the Personal Touch Travel app. It’s up to you! For offers that are made, without resulting in a booking, I have to charge €50 quotation costs. If a quote results in a booking, this costs is of course canceled.
Of course, no problem! My office works remotely from wherever necessary. So we can do the booking process through Google Meet or Zoom, I can come to your place or you can come to Wellen. It’s all up to your preferences.
